Passive low-energy building industry Innovation Alliance Founded

"Passive low-energy building industry technology innovation strategic alliance" recently established in Beijing. The alliance of Housing and Urban Ministry of Science and Technology and Industrialization Development Center, led 54 companies outside the United Nations passive low-energy saving building industry and co-founded the group unit.

March 25, "passive low-energy building industry technology innovation strategic alliance" inaugural meeting was held at the Beijing National Convention Center, and held its first working meeting Union. The Alliance is led by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of Science and Technology and Industrialization Development Center, outside the United Nations passive unit 54 companies and organizations within the low-energy saving building industry co-founded.

Alliance aims to protect the environment, promote the construction of Chinese passive ultra-low power architecture and application and promotion of products and technologies, promoting related industries cluster, effectively promoted China building energy efficiency, and promote the upgrading of building energy efficiency industry. The first Council of the League by the Housing and Urban-Rural Construction Technology and Industrialization Development Center, development companies, construction units, component materials manufacturers, design institutes, research institutes and other organizations relevant units members.

I understand that passive construction does not require heating or cooling system in the traditional sense, building basic needs or cold heat demand is provided by the new air system, its design and construction standards are much higher than normal building standards. Compared with traditional architecture, passive building can save more than 80% engery, thus enables the cold region to rid itself of dependence on traditional heating system, get rid of dependence on fossil fuels. From the comfort of speaking, because scientific applications architecture and building materials, passive building with better insulation, heat insulation, sound insulation, sealing effect, it is possible to bring users a more comfortable experience. Currently, demonstration projects mainly in the cold and the cold climate zone, and has gradually expanded to summer and cold in winter and hot summer and warm winter climate zone.

In the "passive low-energy building industry technology innovation strategic alliance," the inaugural meeting, Housing and Urban Construction Department official also disclosed that the relevant departments currently studying to continue to expand the scale of demonstration, development and improvement of relevant technical standards system and monitoring and evaluation methods, including financial support and other incentives are also included in the study and formulation.
